SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All of our orders are sent where either a signature is required for delivery or tracked. We cannot offer refunds of products or replacements should this go missing. In the case of a missing order, we provide tracking and you will need to contact the local courier used to ship the item and request a refund through them. We can provide any proof of purchased and postage should this be needed. Please contact us for any enquiries regarding delivery.

We offer two shipping rates for UK customers Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Signed For Service ( 2-3 business days )

Next Day Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked Service ( all orders must be placed before 2pm )

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Due to all of our products being handmade we have a strict no return or exchange policy on all our products. We ask that you please double check the size guides and information given on our website before purchasing.

Damages and faults
​
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once you contact us we can advise you of the next steps.

In the case of any fault with purchases the customer can claim the item to be faulty under the Consumer Rights Act. Waxx London reserve the right to review the fault and have the opportunity to repair the items. If the product can not be repaired, we will either issue a refund or replace the faulty item with a like for like product.
The customer will have to cover any costs for returning items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift cards
​
Please note that Waxx London gifts cards, both physical and digital, are non-refundable.
